Non-signaling Test
The non signaling test of mobile phones, tablets, stereos, Bluetooth headsets, etc. refers to the RF test of the tested object without signaling interaction between the tested object and the test instrument (analog base station, such as N9020A/IQ). The reason for its appearance is that the increase of frequency bands and formats that the tested object needs to support now leads to the long test time of a single tested object in production testing, which affects the output of the tested object. When testing under signaling, the time for registration and calling of the tested object is relatively long, but it is inevitable. Therefore, non signaling testing occurs. That is to say, the non signaling test of the tested object is mainly aimed at meeting the production requirements.Generally, taking the dual band GSM mobile phone as an example, compared with the signaling mode, non signaling can save about 50% of the test time, that is, the output of the same number of test equipment will double. The non signaling test is especially applicable to the production line test in the mass production stage.
Applicable LTE CA OTA Measurement Solution
The LTE CA measurement software sends commands through the GPIB line to control the R&S CMW500 tester to aggregate together the two LTE member carriers to transmit a dual channel carrier aggregation signal, and once the signal is processed by radio frequency, it will be passed to the probe array via RF cable.
According to a specific algorithm, the LTE CA measurement software controls the probe array combination switching to transmit the dual carrier signals to DUT via two probes in arbitrary combination direction in space to form an ideal channel model. Once the DUT receives the dual carrier signals from different directions, it will carry out frequency conversion, demodulation and other baseband processing to get relevant demodulation parameters. The communication loop is formed by transmitting the link antenna in the mast to the receiving port of the CMW500.

Throughput is the amount of data that a network device or port can successfully transmit per unit of time (Mbps), that is, the maximum rate at which a Wi-Fi device can receive and send without losing frames.
RSE TEST

Both the 3GPP standard and the FCC’s North American standard have strict requirements for this. The problem of radiation dispersion is a complicated and troublesome one in the research and development of mobile phones.
